Yes, our equipment requires a standard socket for power, and a normal tap for water. We bring our own 30-meter-long extension for the electricity, and we don’t even need constant water access – only to fill up the tank of the machine. Hot water is not required, as the machine heats it up on its own.

We clean and polish the dashboard using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and high quality microfibre cloths. All other physically reachable surfaces, such as the steering wheel, plastics, front of the air vents, sun visors, windows from inside, door panels and everything else on the interior (sans ceiling) will be cleaned in the same way. This is included in the Full and Premium Interior options only.

We apply environmentally friendly solutions manufactured by Prochem. These are the most harmless and effective cleaning products money can buy. They are completely safe for children and pets, as well as the elderly and pregnant women. You should know that all treatments for stains, odours and germs are included in our prices.

If the customer is unable to provide free of charge parking or a parking permit, and paid parking charges apply, they are separately added to your quote. We will never fail to inform a customer when this is the case. We will also never charge any customer for something we do not need to use, as in, when the job is estimated to take about one hour, you won't pay for three hours of parking, but just the time our expert needs to perform the cleaning.
